RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION
OF A CERTAIN STREET IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does resolve as follows :
SECTION ONE: The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby
elects to proceed under the provisions of Division 9 , Part 3 , Chapter
2 , of the Street and Highways Code of the State of California and to
vacate a portion of a street in the manner provided therein.
SECTION TWO: The City Council does hereby declare its intention
to order the vacation of a portion of Industrial Park Avenue described
in the attached Exhibit "A. "
SECTION THREE: The City Council hereby determines that the vaca-
tion of the portion of Industrial Park Avenue described above is
required by public interest, convenience, safety and welfare.
SECTION FOUR: The map setting the particulars of the proposed
street vacation shall be on file in the office of the Department of
Public Works and available .for inspection by persons interested in
or objecting to the proposed vacation.
SECTION FIVE: The City Council hereby fixes the time and date
and place of Public Hearing on the street closing at 7 :00 P .M. on
the 19th day of May, 1981 , in the regular meeting place of the City
Council, Redlands, California.
SECTION SIX: Within fifteen days after its passage, this resolu-
tion shall be published in the Redlands Daily Facts , a newspaper of
general circulation published and circulated in the City of Redlands ,
California.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of May, 1981 .

EXHIBIT A
That portion of existing Industrial Park Avenue, 64 feet wide, to be
abandoned by the realignment of Industrial Park Avenue, 64 feet wide,
as shown on Tract No. 11451 as recorded in Book 153 , pages 62 , 63 , 64 ,
and 65 of Maps, Records of San Bernardino County, State of California;
and being a portion of the west one-half of the southwest one-quarter
of the southwest one-quarter of Section 21, Township 1 South, Range 3
West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Bernardino, Scate
of California, according to the official plat of said land filed
February 24, 1.869, in the Office of the Bureau of Land Management, more
particularly described as follows:

Commencing at a point accepted as the southeast corner of the west one-
half of said southwest one-quarter of the southwest one-quarter of
Section 21, as shown on Tract No. 11451 , said point being on the center
line of Colton Avenue; thence North 0118 ' 24" West, 41. 25 feet along the
east line of said west one-half to the north line of Colton Avenue,
thence North 89134 ' 16" East, 30. 02 feet along said north line of Colton
Avenue; thence North 0025 ' 44" West, 90. 04 feet; thence North 57100 ' 30"
West, 367 . 67 feet; thence North 0025 ' 13" West, 273 . 20 feet to a point
on a curve having a radial bearing of North 37009 ' 11" West, said curve
being concave to the northwest having a radius of 332. 00 feet; thence
northeasterly along said curve 47 . 90 feet through a central angle of
8016 ' 02" ; thence along a tangent line North 44134 ' 47" East, 65 . 06 feet
to the Truce Point of Beginning; thence from the True Point of Beginning
