RESOLUTION NO. 4126
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF A CERTAIN;
STREET IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does resolve as
follows:
SECTION ONE: The City Council of the City of Redlands
hereby elects to proceed under the provisions of Division 9 ,
Part 3, Chapter 2, of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California and to vacate a portion of a street in
the manner provided therein.
SECTION TWO: The City Council does hereby declare its
intention to order the vacation of a portion of Industrial
Park Avenue described in the attached Exhibit "A. "
SECTION THREE: The City Council hereby determines that
a portion of Coulston Avenue is improved and is excess
right-of-way; therefore the vacation of the portion of
Coulston Avenue described in Exhibit "A" may be required by
public interest, convenience, safety and welfare.
SECTION FOUR: The map setting the particulars of the
proposed street vacation shall be on file in the office of
the Public Works Department and available for inspection by
persons interested in or objecting to thee proposed vacation.
SECTION FIVE: The City Council hereby fixes the time
and date and place of Public Hearing on the street closing at
7 :00 P.M. on the 17th day of December, 1985, in the regular
meeting place of the City Council, Redlands, California.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of December,
1985.
