The City Council Of the City of Aedlaada ordains and re2olves as

SECTION ONE: The City C�uxjail of the City of Redlands having
elected to proceed tuider provisions of Division 9. Part 3, Chapter 2 of the
Streets and Righways Code of the State of California, and having held a public
hearing as PrOvidca therein, hereby finds from all the evidenee zubmitted that
