A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FINDING THAT THE INTERSECTION
OF MYRA STREET AT ELIZABETH STREET IS UNNECESSARY FOR PRESENT OR
PROSPECTIVE STREET PURPOSES AND ORDERING PHYSICAL BARRIER ON MYRA
STREET
THE CInT COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLVE AS FOL-
LOWS .
SECTION ONE: The City Council of the City of Redlands, having
elected to close Myra Street with a physical barrier at Elizabeth
Street, and having held a public hearing as required for the closing
of a street, hereby finds from all evidence submitted that this
street intersection is unnecessary for present or prospective pur-
poses and that the public interest and convenience require the
closing of said intersection.
SECTION TWO: The City Council hereby determines that the
closing of Myra Street at Elizabeth Street is required by public
interest, convenience, safety and welfare, and hereby orders the
closing of said street.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6th day of July, 1976.
