This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of
Development of an Arts and Culture Master Plan services ("Agreement"), dated April 2, 2024, by
and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation and a general law city ("City"), and
The Cultural Planning Group, LLC, a California limited liability company ("Consultant"), is made
and entered into this 1711 day of February, 2026.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement
as set forth in this First Amendment modifying Section 4.2 and Section 5.1, Exhibit `B" and
Exhibit "C."
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 4.2 of the Agreement, entitled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of two (2) years commencing as of the
Effective Date, unless terminated earlier as provided herein."
Section 2. Section 5.1 of the Agreement, entitled "Payments to Consultant," is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Compensation; Total compensation for Consultant's performance of the Services shall
not exceed the amount of One Hundred Thirty -One Thousand, Eight Hundred Ten Dollars
($13 t,810). City chall pay Consultant on a time and materials basis up to the not to exceed amount
in accordance with Exhibit "C," titled ("Fee Schedule") which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference."
Section 3. The Project Schedule set forth in Exhibit `B" of the Agreement is removed
and replaced with Exhibit `B" "Project Schedule," which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference.
Section 4. The Fee Schedule set forth in Exhibit "C" of the Agreement is removed and
replaced with Exhibit "C" "Fee Schedule," which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
this reference.
Section 5. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.
