The Boapd of Trustees of the City of Redlands do resolve as follows to-wit: First: That certain driveway over and along the easterly fifteen feet ( 151 ) of Lot 7, and the wes- terly fifteen feet ( 151 ) of Lots 10 and 11 of Denmants Subdivision in the City of Redlands in San Bernardino County, California as per plat thereof of record in the office of the Coulty Recorder of San Bernardino County, In Book 15 of Mapp, Page 23, be and the same is hereby closed as contemplated by Resolution of Intention No. 321 heretofore adppted by said Board. Secondt That said work is for the closing of said driveway as above described art that it ap- pears to said Board that there are no costs, damages or expenses arising out of said work, and that no corml- missioners are necessary to assess the costs, damages or expenses and that therefore no commissioners are appointed to assess the benefits or damages of said work or to have supervision thereof. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I hereby certify that the foregoing Reso- lution was duly adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Redlands at a regular meeting thereof beld on the 4th day of April, 1917. t,a10 xl State of California, ( ss County of San Bernardino. ) . Hinckley, being duly sworn, deposes and Says :- That he was at all times herein mentioned the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Redlands ; that he Caused to to actually posted notices of improvement relating to Work Specified In Resoiution of Intention No. Wvc ssopted by the Board of Trustees of said City; that said notices of Improvement so posted were conspicuously along the line of said contemplated work or Improvementat not more than three hundred feet dis- tance apart and not less than three in all upon each street of said contemplated work and then the work to be done was only upon an entire crossing or any part thereof, In front of eact quarter block liable to be assessed and teat lie also caused said notices to be Posted along. all the Streets within the Assessment District described in. said Resolution of Intention at not more than three hundred feet distance apart , but not less than three in all on each street in said Assess- ment District; that said notices were headed ".Notice of Street WoW in letters of not less than one Inch In length and in legible clAracters, stated the fact of the passage of said Resolution, Its date, and brelfly the work or improvement proposed and referred to the said Resolution for further particulars, and that each of said notices were signed by said Superintendent of Streets, a copy of VhIch notice is herety attached and made a part of this affidavit ; that s notices spre posted as herein specified on the day of OUbSoljbed and sworn to terore me this day of 1016.
