RESOLUTION NO. 4127
A RESOLUTION OF TUE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
F I ND I G THAT PORTIONS OF A CERTAIN STR ST ARE UNNECESSARY FOR
PRESENT OR PROSPECTIVE STREET PURPOSES AND ORDERING TGIF
VACATION OF SAID PORTION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TRF CITY OF REDLANDS hereby ordains
and resolves as follows:
SECTION CSF The City Council of the Citi, of Redlands,
having elected to proceed under the provisions of Division 9 ,
Part 3, Chapter 2, of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California, and having held a public hearing a
provided herein, hereby finds fron all evidence submitted
;-hat portions of a certain street described in this
resolution are unnecessary for present or prospective street
purposes and that the public interest and convenience require
the closing of said portions of a certain street. The City
Council hereby further finds that such vacation is consistent
with the City' s General Paan.
SFC 'IOC TWO: The City Council hereby orders the
vacation of portions of Coulston Court described in the
attached Exhibit "A.
SECTION THREE In the proceeding herein adopted by the
City Council for the vacation of portions of a certain street
described in Exhibit "A" , the City of Redlands reserves and
excepts from the vacation the permanent easement and right at
any tiger or from time to time, to construct, maintain,
operate, replace, rerove and renew sanitary sewers and storm
drains and appurtenant structures, in, upon, over and across
any strut or part thereof proposed to be vacated and
pursuant to any exiting franchises or renewals thereof, or
otherwise, to construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove,
renew and enlarge lines of pipe, conduits, cables, wires,
poles and other convenient structures, equipment and fixtures
for the operation of gas pipe lines , telegraphic and
telephone lines, and for the distribution or transportation
of electric energyp ar: onia, water and incidental purposes,
including access and right to keep property free from
inflammable materials and wood growth, and to otherwise
protect the sane from all hazards in, upon, and over the
portion of the street proposed to he vacated.

SECTION FOUR: The City Council hereby determines that
the vacation ofE portion o 'Che street described herein i
required y public interest, convenience, safety and welfare.
ADOPTED, SIGNED ANM APPROVED this 17th clay of December,
1985.

That portion of Lot 1, Block 4, HENRY L. WILLIAMS TRACT, recorded
in Map Book 11 , page 17, records of San Bernardino County, State of
California, described as follows
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 11 of Tract No. 12419,
as per plat recorded in Map Book 175 , pages 22 and 23, records of
said County; thence North V 19 ' 58" West along the East line of
said Lot 11, 98. 18 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
to the East whose radius is 85.00 feet thence Northerly along said
curve through a central angle of 7° 58 � 28Y1, 11.83 feet to a point
on the South right of way of 80 foot wide Orange Tree Lane as shown
on said Tract No. 12419 ; thence along said line North 89° 34 ' 36" East
67.35 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the South
whose radius is 21.00 feet; thence Easterly along said curve through
a central angle of 22" 51 ' 03", 8.33 feet to. the Easterly right-of-way
line of Coulston Avenue; thence along said line South 5° 05' 08" West
108.80 feet to the North line of Lot 8 , Block 4 of said HENRY L.
WILLIAMS TRACT; thence South 89° 32 ' 58" West along said North line
of HENRY L. WILLIAMS TRACT 64.14 feet to the Point of Beginning.
