RESOLVED, that the public int5rest, convenisnee and necessity
require , and that it is the Intention of the City Council of
the City of Redlands, to order the alosine of a portion of
Rooseveit Road, in the City of Redlands, County of :pan Bernardino
:;tete. of California, described as follows:
That portion of Roosevelt Road extending from the
alley, on the doutbern boundary of Fairview Tract
Number 4, produced westerly across said Roosevelt
Wad to Fern Avpnue .
RL60LVEDY ?URTELR, that the exterior boundaries of the district
hereby entablishea and the exterior boundaries of the district
of lands hereby declared to be affeeLed and benefited by said
closing and to be a5sessed to pay the damages, costs and ex-
penses thereof are described as follows:
The exterior boundariee of Lot I of Fairview Tract
Wber 4 and that portion of lot 8 Block F oecond
Preliminary Map of aadiands, according to a map
thereof of record In the office of the County Re-
