This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for a Consultant to provide
Leadership Coaching and Organizational Development Services ("Agreement"), dated October
20, 2025, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation and a general law city
("City'), and Eva K. Rose ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 24 day of March, 2026.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to increase Consultant's total compensation to the amount of fifteen thousand dollars
($15,000) due to the number of sessions increasing.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 5.1 of the Agreement, entitled "Payments to Consultant," is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Compensation: The compensation for Consultant's performance of the Services shall not
exceed the amount of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000) for the Services provided during the Initial
Term. Should this Agreement be extended, the compensation for Consultant's performance for the
Services shall not exceed the amount of Five Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($5,150)
for the first Extended Tenn, bringing the total possible amount of compensation to a not -to -exceed
amount of Twelve Thousand five hundred ($20,150). For the Initial Term and the Extended Term,
City shall pay Consultant on a time and materials basis up to the not to not -to -exceed amount in
accordance with the rates specified in Exhibit "C," titled "Consultant Services Summary and Fees,"
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference."
Section 2. Exhibit "B" of the Agreement, entitled "Project Schedule," is hereby amended
and attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
Section 3. Exhibit "C" of the Agreement, entitled "Consulting Services Summary and
Fees," is hereby amended and attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
Section 4. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of March 24, 2026.

PROJECT SCHEDULE
Consultant will provide facilitation, coaching, and assessment services for the Fire Department
as outlined in the Scope of Work, Services will include group sessions and one-on-one
supervisor sessions. Sessions will take place throughout the initial contract term as determined
and scheduled by the Fire Chief.
