HomeMy WebLinkAbout2627_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO, 2627 RESOLUTION O !NTENTION TO VACATE rF PORTION OF STATE STREET IN THE CITY OF REDLAND THE CITY CUNCL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLVE S FOLLOWS : SECTION ONE: The City Council of she City of Redlands hereby elects to proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 2 of the Street and Hi hw a s Code of the Statim of California and. t vacate a portion of a street in the manner provided therein. SECTION TKO: The Cite Council does hereby declare its intention to order the vacation of a portion of a certain street described on Exhibit A attached to this bresolution and incorporated by reference as a part hereof. SECTIO THREE: The Citi Council hereby determines that the vaca- tion of the certain street described herein is required by public in- terest, n-terestd convenience, safety and welfare. SECTION FOUR: A map setting the particulars of the proposed street vacation shall be on file in the office of the Department of Public Works and available for inspection by persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation. SECTION 'AVE: The City Council hereby fixes the time and date and place of Public Hearing on the above described street closing at 7 : 00 P,M, on the 6th day- of February, 1968 in the regular meeting. place of the Citi' Council, Redlands, California. SECTIO SIX: Within fifteen days after its passage, this reso- lution on shall be published in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the Citi of Redlands, California.
