RESOLTED, that the public interest, convenience and necessity require,
and it is the intention of the City Council of the City of liedlands,
to order the closing of a portion of Sunset Drive in the City of
Redlands, San Bernardino County, California, to-wit:
The closing "or the purpose of realiErnaent of Sunset Drive, sometimes
lmo-�m as. Cliff Avenue, from Alessandro Road to Kincaid Street within
the City of kedlands. Said Street as shown on lip No. 9 of Redlands
Heights as recorded in Nook 9, Page 28, records of San dern?rd no
County, California; to be closed throughout full width of right of
way for the portion described=
BOLTED FURTIR that the exterior boundaries of the district hereby
established and the exterior boundaries of the districts of lands
hereby declared to be affected and benefited by said closing and to
be assessed to pay the d=ages, costs, and expenses thereof are des-
cribed as follows:
The entire City of Redlands.
PSOLVD 'URTiy c, that notice of the passage of this resolution be
given as provided by an Act of the LeSislature of the State of
California., Entitled "An Act to provide for laying out, opening,
extending;, widening, straightening, or closing up in ,,mole or in
part, any street, square, lane, alley, court or place �,-rithin
municipalities and to condeTm and acquire any and all land and
property necessary or convenient for that purpose," (App. Mar. 6th,
1889) and all acts amendatory thereof, and that such notice be
published as provided by said a.ct in the Redlands Daily !"acts, a
daily ne rspa,per, published and circulated in said City. i�irther
that notice of the passage of this resolution be posted by the
