SECTION ONEE: The City Council of she City of Redlands hereby elects to
piveeed under the provisions of Division 9, Fast 3,, Chapter 2 of -the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California Eand to vace-te a portion of a street in
the mpabner provided thersin,
SECTION WO: The City Cotricil does horeby declare its intention to order the
vacation of a certain street described as follows.-
All that portion of 60 foot wide Sunset StreeDt betucen Summit
Avenue and Campbell Avenue as cho-m on Majo No. 2 of a Portion
of Redlands Heights reGorded ir. Book 6, page ..426 of Maps, San
Bernardino Countyf State of California
SECTION TM03t The City Council herelby detornines that the vacation of
the certain street described herein is requix-ed by public interast, convenience,
safety and welfare.
SECTION VOTJU% A jr-ap setting, the particulars of the proposed street vacation
shall be on file in the office of the Depart-ment of Public Works and available. for
inspection by persons interested in or obsecting to the proposed vacation,
SECTION MnBt Th. City Council hereby fixes the time and date and place of
Public Hearing on the above described street closing at 7tOO P.M, an the 16th day
of July, 1963 in the regalar meeting place of the City Council, Redlands, California.
