described in this resolution in unnecessary for present or prospec-,

SECTION TWO: This City Qounoil hereby orders the vacation
of a portion of Sylvan Boulevard lying between University Meet
aad Division Street, described as follawo:
All that portion of Sylvan Bouloyard In the City of
Redlands, 00unty of Wn Bernardino, State of Calif-
ornia, lying between the East Right-of-Way line of
Division Street, a street of 60 foot right-of-way,
on the West; and the We& Right-cf-Way line of
University Street, a street of 60 foot right-of-w4y,
on the East.
Subject to an easement described as follows;
Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of
SYlvan QuIevard and University Street and running
