WqMREAS the CITY COITNCIL of t1he Cit-y- of Redlands has determined that on the date
6 March 19219 that

follol,ring street wor-k to be done,, to-wit: "The openinr, and �ridening of Sylvan
Boulevard from Church Street to Judson Street, where not already a public street."

has been no proceedings to abandon S'YLVLI` BOULEVARD as it existed prior to adoption
of ResoluV.on of Intention No. 484 on 6 Rarch 1929.

cribing certain land proposed to be purchased by the University of I-IledLands and
which land is adjacent to a portion of SYLVLNI BOULEVARM as it existed prior to
adoption of Resolution of Intention No. 484 and said land and the title to said
land is affected thereby; it is respectfully rea-nested by agent of the Universi-;
of Redlands that the 'City of Redlands abandon and quitclaim the portion of SVT`VAN
BO IL'.. as hereinabove described.

Hearing of all matters concerning the above described proposed street closing,
and the tLae at which any person or agent should Present any objection to the
aforesaid closing, at 7:30 P.M. or. the 18Ah day of October., 1955 in the -regular
meeting place of the City Council in City Hall,. Redlands, California.

the proposed closing hereof to be published in fi ve consecutive issues of the
Rec.11-nds Daily Facts, and that not le--s than twenty Copies of such notice- be

of the street herein proposed to be closed.
