RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE PORTIONS OF
CERTAIN STREETS AND ALLEYS IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION ONE: The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby
elects to proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Part 3, Chapter
2, of the Street and Highways Code of the State of California and to
vacate portions of streets and alleys in the manner provided therein.
SECTION TWO: The City Council does hereby declare its intention
to order the vacation of portions of certain streets and alleys des-
cribed in Exhibit A attached hereto.
SECTION THREE: The City Council hereby determines that the vaca-
tion of the portions of certain streets and alleys described in Ex-
hibit A is required by public interest, convenience, safety and welfare.
SECTION FOUR: A map setting the particulars of the proposed
street and alley vacation shall be on file in the office of the Depart-
ment of Public Works and available for inspection by persons interested
in or objecting to the proposed vacation.
SECTION FIVE: The City Council hereby fixes the time and date
and place of Public Hearing on the street and alley closing at 7 :00
P.M. on the 2nd day of September, 1975 in the regular meeting place
of the City Council, Redlands, California.
SECTION SIX: Within fifteen days after its passage, this resolu-
tion shall be published in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of
general circulation published and circulated in the City of Redlands,
California.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 19th day of August, 1975.

EXHIBIT A To RESOLUTION No. 3199
Legal Description for vacation of portions of streets and alleys in
the City of Redlands
That portion of ars alley running Easterly from a lire parallel with
and 40 .00 feet East of the centerline of North Eureka Street to the
West right-of-way lire of Third Street, said alley also being between
the South right-of-way line of Redlands Boulevard and the North right-
of-way line of ,State Street; and
That portion of Third Street between the South right-of-way line of
Redlands Boulevard and the South right-of-way line of an alley, said
alley being between said South .right-of-way sine of Redlands Boulevard
and the North right-of-way line of State Street; and
That portion of an alley running Easterly from the East right-of-way
line of Third Street to the West right-of-way line of Fourth Street,
said alley also being between the South right--of-way line of Redlands
Boulevard and the North right--of-way line of State Street; and
That portion of Fourth Street between the South right-of-way line of
Redlands Boulevard and the North right-of-way line of State Street;
and
That portion of an alley running Easterly from the East right-of-way
line of Fourth Street to the West right-of-way line of orange Street,
said alley also being between said South right--of-way line of Redlands
Boulevard and the North right-of-way line of State Street; and
The West 01. 70 feet of orange Street between the South right--of-way
line of Redlands Boulevard and the North right-of-way line of State
Street; and
That portion of State Street between the West right-of- way line of
Fourth Street and with a sine parallel with and 44.00 feet West of the
centerline of Orange Street; and
That portion of an alley running Easterly from the East right-of-way
line of Fourth Street to a line parallel with and 44.0101 feet Nest of
the centerline of Grange Street, said alley also being between the
the South right-of--way line of State Street and the North right-of-way
line of Citrus Avenue; and
That portion of Fourth Street between the South right-of-way line of
State Street and with a line parallel with and 40.00 feet North of the
centerline of Citrus Avenue; and
That portion of an alley running Easterly from the East right-of-way
line of Third Street to the West right--of--way lane of Fourth Street,
said alley also being between the South right-of-way line of State
Street and the North right-of--way line of Citrus Avenue; and
That portion of Third Street between the North right-of-way line of an
alley, said alley being between. the South right-of-way line of State
Street and the North right-of-way lane of Citrus Avenue, and with a
line parallel with and 40.00 feet North of the centerline of Citrus
Avenue; and
That portion of an alley running Easterly between a line parallel with
and 40.00 feet East of the centerline of North Eureka Street and the
West right--of-way line of Third Street, said alley also being between.
the South right-of-way line of State Street and the North right-of-way
line of Citrus Avenue, all as shown on Record of Survey recorded in
Book 29 of Records of Survey, Wage 61, in the office of the County
Recorder, County of San Bernardino, State of California.
