, pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No. 828, declaring intention to close
and abandon and quitclaLrn for street purposes ALL TIAT 'PORTION OF UND7ERS)ITY
STREET adjacent to Lots 11 2 and 14, Block 10, Lugonia Heights, in the City of
Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded

in Book 8 of Maps, Page 12,
WHEREAS notices of improvernent, stating the fact of the passage of said Resolution,
its datiR, -,and the, work and improvement proposed., and referring to said Resolution
of Intention for further particulars., have been published and posted in the -rianner
provided by law, and said City Council has acquired jurisdiction to order said
work to be done.
NOW, THERffORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Redlands does
hereby order thLe closing of the portion of University Street as hereinabove
described.
BE TT FURTHER RESOL%TD that no assessment is necessary tto pay the damages, costs
and expenses of said work and improvement.
