A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CLOSE A PORTION OF WABASH AVENUE

HESOLVBD, that the public interest, convenience and necessity require,
and it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Redlands,
to order the closing of a portion of Wabash _avenue in tLe Clty of
Redlands, Sari Bernardino County, California, to-wit:
All that portion of Section 36, ',"ownship I South, Range 3 �„est,
"'an -Bernardino Base and ridian, ordin6 to Goverrit,ent "urvey, in

the City of Redlands, Co,,_,,rzLy of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows.-
:Beginning at a p-, i:.t on a cu.-,-, e on the _" _,A line of said Section
36, 14%orth 00 24' East It 3: .34 feet f ron the oui,`-east corner of said
Section 36; thence Forth (J' 241 east 812-46 feet along thb East line
of said Section 36 to a point on a curve to the rib; t whose radius is
225 .0 feet and whose initial tangent bears forth 26 521 West; thence
horthwester;y along said curve a distance of 104-82 feet through an
an,:�.le 0 27 l61 to a point on the West line of Wabash Avenue; thence
Liouth 0 24' 7,1est 1018-13 feet parallel to and 25.0 feet distant from
the said East line of Section 36 to the beginning of a curve to the
right w8ose radius is 225.0 feet and whose initial tangent bears
North 0 241 East; thence Northeaster;y along said curve a distance

RESOLVED FURTHER that the exterior boundaries of the district hereby
established and the exterior boundaries of the district of lands here-

the Redlands Daily Facts, a daily published and circulated
in said City. Further that notice of the passage of this resolution
be posted by the Street Superintendent in the manner and form and for
the time required by law.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Redlands, at a regular meeting thereof held on
the 2nd day of lh�ay, 1946, by the gollowing vote.

Public Notice is hereby given t',.._ t on the 23,.d day of T,:ay,
1946s the City Council of the City of adopted Resolution
of Intention No. 591 to order the following street work to be
done, to-wit:
The closing of a portion of V�abash Avenue in the City of Red-
lands, San Bernardino County, California, to-wit:

,-;an Bernardino Base and Meridian, according to Government Survey,
in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of Califor-
nia, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on a curve on the East line of said Sec-
tion 36, North 00 24' East 1032634 feet from the Southeast corner of
said' Section 36; thence North 0 24' East 812.46 feet along the Fastline of said Section 36 to a point on a curve to the right wh2se
radius is 225 .0 feet and whose initial tangent bears North 26"' 521
West; thence 14orthwesterly along said curbe a distance of 104.82
feet through an angle of 270 P1 to a point on the West line of
gabash Avenue; thence South 0 24' West 1018-13 feet parallel to and
25.0 feet distant from the said East line of Section 36 to the be-
