YUCAIPA AVZ4UZ IN THE Cl'.PY OF REDLANDS.
_ULVFX1 that the public interest, convenience and necessity
A. i.!Iire, find that it is the intention of the City Council of
t'. o City of Redlands , to order the closing of a portion of
�&caipa Avenue, in the City of Redlandai County of San
Bernardino, State of California, described as follows;
That portion of Yucaipa Avenue in the City of Redlaai-ds,
San Bernardino Co=ty,,, State of California,, as same is
shown on Plat of Redlands Heights recorded in Book 11
of Maps, page 16 thereof, records of San Bemardino
County, state of Caliornia, and further described as
being all that portion of Yucaipa Avenue situated
between Fifth Aveaue and a street formerly known as
Crescent Avezue, said portion of Yucaipa ILvenue to be
closed being bounded on the west by Block TLMII (33)
and Block V11 (7) and on the eeast by Block V (5 ) , Block
VI (6) , and Block 1 (1) , all as shown on said Plat of
Redlands Heights.
RESOLVED0 FURTHER3, that the exterior boundaries of the district
hereby established and the extorior boundaries of the district
of lands hereby declared to be affected and benefited by said
closing and to be assessed to pay the damages, costs and
fdlldws:

be given as provided by an aet of the .4agi.slature of the State
of California, entitled, "An act to provide for laying out, open-
ingextending, widening, straightening. or closing up in whole
or in part exiy street, square, lane, al ley, court or place
within municipalities and to condemn and a.equire any and all
land and property necessary or convenient for that purpose. "
(Approved March 6, 1889) and all acts amendatory thereof, eaid
that such noti,oe be published as provided by said act in the
Redlands Daily Facto, a daily newspaper, published and circulat-
ed in said City. Further that notice of the passage of this
razolution be posted by the Street Superintendent in the manner
and form and for the tijae required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution vies adopted by
the City Council of the City of Redlands, at a regularly adjourned
meeting thereof held on the 9th day of Zuna, 19502 by the
