A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS PER-
TAINING TO THE INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF A CERTAIN
ALLEY IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS
STREET VACATION NO. 107
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does resolve as
follows:
SECTION ONE: The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby elects to
proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 2, of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California and to vacate a portion of a certain alley in
the manner provided therein.
SECTION TWO: The City Council does hereby declare its intention to order
the vacation of a portion of an existing east/west alley generally located approximately
400 feet north of Central Avenue, between Kaye Court and Craig Court.
SECTION THREE: The City Council hereby determines that a portion of said
alley is excess right-of-way; therefore the vacation of a portion of said alley may be re-
quired by public interest, convenience, safety or welfare, if such alley portion is not
required for present or prospective public purposes.
SECTION FOUR: The map setting the particulars of the proposed alley vaca-
tion shall be on file in the Department of Planning and Community Development, City
Hall Plaza, 2 East Citrus Avenue, Suite 15A, Redlands, and available for inspection by
persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation.
SECTION FIVE: The City Council hereby fixes the time, date and place of the
public hearing on the alley vacation as 7:00 P.M. on the 16th day of November, 1993,
in the Council Chambers, 212 Brookside Avenue, Redlands, California.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of November, 1993.

resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting thereof on the 2nd day
of November, 1993, by the following vote:
