RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF A CERTAIN
ALLEY IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS (STREET VACATION NO. 90)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does resolve as
follows:
SECTION ONE: The City Council of the City of Redlands
hereby elects to proceed under the provisions of Division 9 ,
Part 3 , Chapter 2, of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California and to vacate a portion of a certain
alley in the manner provided therein.
SECTION TWO: The City Council does hereby declare its
intention to order the vacation of a portion of an alley
located approximately 300 feet east of Seventh Street on the
north side of East Stuart Avenue and running approximately
150 feet north of East Stuart Avenue as described in Exhibit
"A" attached.
SECTION THREE: The City Council hereby determines that
a portion of said alley excess right-of-way; therefore the
vacation of a portion of said alley as described in Exhibit
"A" may be required by public interest, convenience, safety
and welfare.
SECTION FOUR: The map setting the particulars of the
proposed alley vacation shall be on file in the office of the
Redevelopment Agency and available for inspection by persons
interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation.
SECTION FIVE: The City Council hereby fixes the time
and date and place of Public Hearings on the alley closing at
7 :00 P.M. on the 4th day of August, 1987 , in the regular
meeting place of the City Council, Redlands, California.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day of July,
1987 .

Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 21st day of
July, 1987 , by the following vote:

San Bernardino, State of California.
