RESOLUTION OF INTE14TION NO. 274.

RASOIVed by the Board of Trustees of the city of Redlands that
it is the intention of said Board to order the closing of that
certain alley in Stone 's Subdivision in said City, described
as follows :
That portion of an alleyway in Stone 's Subdivision
according to a map thereof of record in book 5, page 37 , of
the records of San Bernardino ;`.ounty, California, lying in ne—
diately northwest and adjoining Lot 1 of said subdivision, and
being trelve feet in 77id.th by fifty feet in length.
Th,it said Board deems it necessary to take all of
said above described alleyway for such closing and intends to
take the same therefor.
That the exterior boundaries of the district of lands
hereby declared to be affected and benefitted by such closing
anl. to be assessed to pay the 4amag!ess , costs, anti expenses
thereof are described as follors:
The North , Rast , South, and rest , boundary lines of
said Lot one ( 1 ).
The Redlands Daily Review, a daily newspaper , pub--
lished and circulated in said city is hereby designated as the
newspaper in which the street superintendent of said, city shall
cause to be published, in the manner and form required by lair,
notice of the passage of this Resolution; and the said Street
Superintendent is hereby directed to cause notices of the
Passage of this; resolution to be posted in the manner and form
required by la^t� , rr.d to cause a notice, similar in substance
to bepublished in said ne ,spa;�er for a period of ten days in
the manner required by lair.

Sar, Bernardino County , lalifornia, lying ±=ediataly northwest
and a-djoinirg Lot 1 , of said SublAvision, -a.-)d being tvelve
feet in width by fifty feet in ierv-Ttll, be closed , vacated.,
and abandoned, as contemplated bar Resolution of' Intention
No. 2S4 , adopted by caid Board. on the 19th day Of April 1905 $
