HomeMy WebLinkAbout4205_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 4205 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF A CERTAIN ALLEY IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does resolve as follows: SECTION ONE: The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby elects to proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 2, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California and to vacate a portion of a certain alley in the manner provided therein. SECTION T110: The City Council does hereby declare its intention to order the vacation of a portion of an alley as described in Exhibit "A" attached: SECTION THREE: The City Council hereby determines that a portion of said alley is unimproved and is excess right-of-way; therefore the vacation of a portion of said alley as described in Exhibit "A" may be required by public interest, convenience, safety and welfare. SECTION FOUR: The map setting the particulars of the proposed street vacations shall be on file in the office of the Engineering Services Department and available for inspection by persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation. SECTION FIVE: The City Council hereby fixes the time and date and place of Public Hearings on the street closings at 7 :00 P.M. on the 2nd day of December, 1986, in the regular meeting place of the City Council, Redlands, California.
