RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACA'T'E A PORTION OF A CERTAIN SIDEWALK
IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS ST. VACATION NO. 100
follows:THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does resolve as
SECTION ONE : The City Council of the City of Redlands
hereby elects to proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Part
3, Chapter 2, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California and to vacate a portion of a certain sidewalk in the
manner provided therein.
SECTION TWO : The City Council does hereby declare its
intention to order the vacation of a portion of sidewalk between
two properties located at 1608 and 1616 Smiley Heights Drive,
Redlands, California.
SECTION THREE : The City Council hereby determines said
sidewalk to be excess right-of-way; therefore the vacation of said
sidewalk may be required by public interest, convenience, safety
and welfare.
SECTION FOUR : The map setting the particulars of the
proposed sidewalk vacation shall be on file in the office of the
Community Development Department and available for inspection by
persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation.
SECTION FIVE: The City Council hereby fixes the time and
date and place of public hearing on certain sidewalk closing at
7 :00 P.M. on the 5th day of November, 1991, in the regular meeting
place of the City Council, Redlands, California.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 15th day of October.

certify that the foregoing resolution was adopted by the City
Council at a regular meeting thereof held on 15th day of October,
1991, by the following vote:
