A RESOLUTION OF THE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OF THE CITY OF
DL S,ACTING AS SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF DL DS, AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF
SUCCESSOR AGENCY MONIES IN THE LOCAL AGENCY INVESTMENT
FUND
WHEREAS, California Government Code section 164291.1 establishes a Local Agency
Investment Fund in the State Treasury for the deposit of money of a local agency for purposes of
investment by the State Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands, acting as Successor Agency to
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands, hereby finds that the deposit and withdrawal of
money in the Local Agency Investment Fund,in accordance with the provisions of Section 16429.1
of the California Government Code for the purposes of investment as stated therein, is in the best
interests of the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands,
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Redlands,acting as
successor agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands,as follows:
Section 1. The deposit and withdrawal of successor agency funds in the Local Agency
Investment Fund in the State Treasury, in accordance with the provisions of Government Code
section 16429.1 and for the purpose of investment as stated therein, by the City of Redlands as
successor agency,is hereby approved.
Section 2. The following officers shall be authorized to order the deposit or withdrawal of
monies in the Local Agency Investment Fund:
