ECTTON ONE: That the Cite of Redlands execute a Stipula-
tion
reg Dismissal of Certain Cross-Defendants in Superior Coact
Case No. 117628.
ECT 590: That said Stipulation of Dismissal referred to
he=rein, a copy of which is attached hereto r i "A" ,
made a part hereof as fully as though set out at length herein,
is here s= approved, subject to the clarifications previously pro®
vided by letters executed by counsel of the plaintiff, Orange
COunty Vater District.
SECTION THREE: That the Mayor of the Citi- of Redlands i
hereby authorized to execute said Stipulation and Omer reDis-
missal on Behalf of said City of Redlands .
HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the city Council of the Citi, of Redlands at a regular
-ems-tine thereof held on the 15th day of April , 1969, by the fol-
lowing vote:
