1T IS HEREBY SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLAADS PS FOL LOW n
SECTIO ONE: That the City of Redlands execute a Stipula-
tion re Dismissal of Certain Defendants In Superior Court Case
No. 117628.
SECTION TWO, That said Stipulation of Dismissal referred to
herein, a copy of which is attached hereto marked Exhibit "App , and
rade a part hereof as fully as trough set out at length herein,
is hereby approved, subject to the clarifications previously pro-
vided

vd d by letters executed by counsel of the plaintiff, or ng

SECTION THREE; That the Mayor of the City of Redlands is
hereby authorized to execute said Stipulation and order re Dis-
missal on behalf of said City of Redlands .
HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing; Resolution was duly
adopted hy the City Council of the City of Redlands at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 15th; day of April, 1969, by the fol-
lowing vote:
