This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement for Homeless Resource
Services ("Agreement"), dated December 16th , 2025, by and between the City of Redlands, a
municipal corporation and a general law city ("City"), and Family Service Association of
Redlands, a California 501 (c) (3) nonprofit public benefit corporation ("Provider"), is made and
entered into this 5th day of May, 2026.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Provider to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to revise the original term of the contract and extend it by thirteen (13) months.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Provider agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Subsection 4.2 of the Agreement, entitled "Article 4-Performance of
Services," is hereby amended to read as follows:
"4.2 Provider shall complete the services by July 5, 2027, unless all available ERF Grant
funds have been expended or terminated earlier as provided herein."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of May 51s, 2026.
