EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES
This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the Agreement for City Wide Janitorial
services ("Agreement"), dated the 18'' day of April 2023, by and between the City of Redlands, a
municipal corporation and a general law city ("City"), and Quinmar Janitorial, Inc., a California
corporation ("Contractor"), is made and entered into this 19' day of May, 2026.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Contractor to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to increase the length of the existing contract by eight (8) calendar months; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Contractor to amend their existing Agreement,
increasing the total compensation amount as set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and Contractor, agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Article 4 entitled, "Performance of Services" Subsection 4.3 of the
Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
"4.3 The Term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and expire on
February 28, 2027."
Section 2. Article 5 entitled, "Payments to Contractor" Subsection 5.1 of the
Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
"5.1 Total compensation for Contractor's performance of the Services shall not exceed
the amount of One Million Nine Hundred Fifty -Seven Thousand, Six Hundred Sixty -Eight Dollars
and Eighty -Two Cents ($1,957,668.82). City shall pay Contractor on a time and materials basis tip
to the not -to -exceed amount in accordance with Exhibit `B" titled "Fee Schedule," which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference."
Section 3. Exhibit "B" entitled "Fee Schedule," which is attached hereto as
Attachment 1 is incorporated herein by this reference.
Section 4. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, duly authorized representatives of City and Contractor have
signed in confirmation of this Agreement.
