Re: 30-day Notice to Extend Agreement Term
Dear Ms. Cone,
The City of Redlands formally requests that the agreement to provide property tax management information
and audit services between the City and HdL Coren & Cone, that was entered into on June 21st, 2022 be
extended for the second of two additional one-year terns pursuant to Section 4.2 of the agreement.
The Extended Term shall run from 06/21/26-06/20/27. The City and HdL Coren & Cone, enter this
extension pursuant to the same terms and conditions previously agreed to.
