A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA
CERTIFYING THAT RESOURCES ARE COMMITTED FOR THE CONTINUING
MAINTENANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED WITH SURFACE
TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM FUNDING.
WHEREAS, the City has made application for funding from the Surface Transportation Program
for improvements at the intersection of Wabash Avenue and Colton Avenue; and
WHEREAS, it is required that the governing body of the applying agency certify that resources
will be committed for the maintenance of said improvements in the future.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as
follows:
SECTION 1. That it is certified that resources are committed for the continuing maintenance
of any improvements constructed at the intersection of Wabash Avenue and Colton Avenue in
whole or in part by funds from the Surface Transportation Program as established by the Inter-
modal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act.
