A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
DECLARING THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY IS SURPLUS AND IS NOT REQUIRED
FOR PUBLIC USE AND ORDERING THE SALE OF SAID PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Redlands does resolve as
follows:
SECTION ONE: The City Council of the City of Redlands
hereby finds and declares that certain property owned by the
City is surplus and is not required for public use and is more
particularly described as follows:
Lot "A" , Tract No. 9607 , as per plat recorded in
Book 134 of Maps, pages 51 and 52, records of Sari
Bernardino County, California.
SECTION TLSO: That the City of Redlands Department of
Community Services be directed to sell said property to the
owner of adjacent Lot 7 , Tract 9607 for the sum of One Dollar.
SECTION THREE: That the Mayor and the City Clerk of the
City of Redlands, upon completion of the sale, be authorized to
execute a grant deed on behalf of the City of Redlands for sale
of said property.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of June, 1988 .
