A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DECLARING
THAT CERTAIN STRUCTURES ARE SURPLUS PROPERTY AND NOT REQUIRED FOR
PUBLIC USE, AND ORDERING THE SALE OF SAID PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Redlands resolves as fellows :
SECTION ONE: That real property was acquired for right-of--way
purposes for the widening of San Mateo Street, and the structures
situated on said property are now deemed surplus to the needs of
the City of Redlands , and it is necessary that said structures be
removed or demolished to clear the land for the purpose of street
widening, and said property is more particularly described as
follows :
Lot 17, Olive Avenue Tract, in the City of Redlands , as
per plat recorded in Book 15 of Maps , Page 47, in the
office of the County Recorder, County of San Bernardino,
State of California.
SECTION TWO: The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby
finds and determines that certain structures on said property owned
by the City are surplus and are not required for public use.
SECTION THREE: That the City of Redlands Department of Public
Works be directed to sell said structures , after making the necessary
public notifications of said sale, to the highest bidder.
SECTION FOUR: That the Mayer and the City Clerk of the City
of Redlands , upon completion of the sale, be authorized to execute
a Bill. of Sale on behalf of the City of Redlands for the said
structures .
