A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A RIGHT-OF-WAY CERTIFICATE
PERTAINING TO THE HIGH PRIORITY TOPICS PROJECT T-3064 (1)
FOR IMPROVING THE INTERSECTIONS OF HIGHLAND AVENUE AND
REDLANDS BOULEVARD, AND ORANGE STREET AND REDLANDS BOULEVARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: The Mayor of the City of Redlands is hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City
a Right-of-Way Certificate pertaining to the high priority
TOPICS Project T-3064 (1) for improving the intersections
of Highland Avenue and Redlands Boulevard, and Orange Street
and Redlands Boulevard, a copy of which is attached hereto ,
marked Exhibit "A" and referred to and made a part hereof
as fully as though set forth at length herein.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day of March 1972.
