A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS OBJECTING TO THE SAN
BERNARDINO COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR'S PUBLIC SALE OF FIVE PARCELS
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS
WHEREAS, five parcels identified as APN 175-122-09, 172-
062, 04, 175-131, 01, 175-131-18, and 170-191-43 are within the area
described in the Open Space and Parks Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Open Space Committee has determined that the
parcels identified may meet the needs for open space and park
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the objection of the public sale of the
aforementioned parcels would provide for further consideration of
the possible acquisItion of open space and park land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Redlands objects to the public sale of the aforementioned
parcels.

City Council at a meeting held on the 16th day of October 1990 by
the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Beswick, Larson, Milson; Mayor DeMirjyn
