HomeMy WebLinkAbout2913_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 2913 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RE ?LANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOTAIS WHEREAS , the Tax Collector of the County of San Bernardino has requested the Board of Supervisors of said County for its approval and authority for selling at public sale certain tax- deeded property heretofore deeded to the State of California , and WHEREAS , said list of parcels of property as described in the Sale Polio includes the following described property in the City of Redlands , to wit: Parcel 174-351-37 All that portion of Lots 1 and 5 of Redlands Heights (Craft' s Map) in the City of Redlands as per plat recorded in Book 11 of Maps , Page 16 thereof, records of San Bernardino County, State of California and described as follows : Beginning at the centerline intersection of Fifth Avenue and Marion Road as the said intersection is shown on said Crafts Map of Redlands Heights and also shown on Map of Tract 5688 recorded in Book 88 of Maps , Pages 24 and 25 , records oil said County. Thence southerly along said centerline of Marion Road 31. 28 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave northeasterly having a radius of 150 feet and a central angle 64' 29 ' 32" .. thence southerly and southwesterly along said curve 168 . 85 feet; thence south 63' 56 ' 18" east 202 . 63 feet along the centerline of Marion Road to angle point in said Marion Road. Thence south 21' 27 ' 31" west 311. 64 feet to the be- ginning of a curve concave easterly having a radius of 150 feet and a central angle of 29" 14 ' 05" , thence southerly along said curve 76. 54 feet' thence south 71 461 34" east 45. 16 feet to a point on the centerline of Marion Road as said centerline is shown on said Tract 5688 , said point is at the intersection of centerline of said Marion Road with the easterly extension of south line of Lot ticil " Tract 5688 ; thence westerly along said south line to the westerly right-of-way line of said Marion Road; thence northerly along the west line of said Lot "C" to the northeast corner thereof: thence northerly to the southerly most point on the east line of Lot 13 , said point being 30 feet distant westerly , measured along the radial line from said centerline of Marion Road; thence northerly along the easterly line of Lots 13 , 12 , 11 , 10 , 9 , 8 , 7 and 6 to the northerly most point on the east line of Lot 6 , which is 30 feet distant measured radially from the centerline of Marion Road; thence northerly and westerly along a curve concave southwesterly having a radius of 13 feet and a central angle 85' 00 ' 48" 18. 84 feet to the south line of 44 foot wide Fifth Avenue; thence northerly perpen- dicular to the centerline of Fifth Avenue 44 feet to a point on centerline of said Fifth Avenue; thence easterly along said centerline to its intersection with the centerline of Marion Road and the point of beginning. Parcel 169-021-16 The north 1/2 of Lot I of the Smith Tract as recorded in Book 8 , Page 86 of Maps , in the office of the County Recorder, County of San Bernardino, State of California, except two parcels described as follows : Exception No. 1. Thence westerly 250. 00 feet along the southerly line of the said north 1/2 of Lot 1 . Thence northerly at right angles to the said southerly line 185. 00 feet. Thence easterly at right angles to the previous course 250. 00 feet to a point on the easterly line of the said Lot 1 . Thence southerly 185. 00 feet along the said easterly line to the point of beginning. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands that it does hereby respectfully request that the aforementioned property be deleted from the Sale of Tax- Deeded Properties to be held by the Tax Collector of the County of San Bernardino on the day of January, 1972 .
