THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
WHEREAS , the Tax Collector of the County of San Bernardino has
requested the Board of Supervisors of said County for its approval
and authority 'or selling at public sale certain tax-deeded property
heretofore deeded to the State of California, and
WHEREAS , said list of parcels of property as described in the
Sale Folio includes the following described property in the City of
Redlands, to—ait.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Redlands that it does hereby respectfully request that the aforemen-
tioned property be deleted from the Sale of Tax-Deeded Properties to
be held by the Tax Collector of the County of San Bernardino on the
26th day of January, 1971.

AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE TAX DEEDED LAND
THIS AGREEMENT , made on the Ist day of Decemler
1970 , by and between the Board of Supervisors of the County
of San Bernardino State of California , and the City of
Redlands , pursuant to the provisions of Division 1 , Part 6 ,
Chapter 8 , of the Revenue and Taxation Code.
WITNESSETH:
-WHEREAS , the real property situated within the (City of
Redlands ) County of San Bernardino -, State of California,
hereinafter set forth in Exhibit "A" , attached to and made a
part hereof, has -been deeded to the State of California for the
son"payment of delinquent taxes; and
WHEREAS , such deed to the State for taxes includes taxes
levied by the City of Redlands , the taxes of' which on the prop-
erty are collected by the County officers ;
NOW, THEREPORE, it is mutually agreed as follows :
1 . That as provided by Section 3800 of the Revenue and
Taxation Code, the cost of giving notice of this agreement shall
he paid by the _City_ cif Redlands .
2. That the Board of Supervisors of the, County of San
Bernardino agrees to sell to said City of Redlands and said
Citv of Redlands agrees to purchase from said County the
parcel of property hercinaftcr set out in Exhibit "A" , attached
hereto and made a part hereof, which shall not have been re-
deemed as provided in the Revenue and Taxation Code , upon
payment by said District to the Tax Collector of said County
the sum set forth in said exhibit after the description of the
property and designated "Purchase Price" , within 15 days after
this agreement becomes effective.
3. That said City of Redlands District will share in
the distribution of the payment required by this agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused their
respective names to be hereunto subscribed and their respective
seals to be hereto affixed by their respective officers there-
unto duly authorized.
