Home My WebLink AboutContracts & Agreements_87-2026Docusign Envelope ID: C841102E-74BD-8CB3-8196-C9110A3796ED FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT TO PERFORM PROFESSIONAL SERVICES This First amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for Endpoint Security services ("ESS") ("Agreement"), dated June 17, 2025, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation and a general law city ("City"), and the Center for Internet Security, Inc., a Maryland nonprofit corporation ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 16' day of June, 2026. RECITALS WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement, specifically regarding the Term of this Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows: AGREEMENT Section 1. Exhibit "1" of the Agreement, is removed and replaced with an amended Exhibit "1," which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as Attachment A. Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First Amendment and in effect. Section 3. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
