Home My WebLink AboutContracts & Agreements_91-2026FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT TO PERFORM NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR IMPROVEMENT TO PUBLIC BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of Sports Field Maintenance services ("Agreement"), dated June 17, 2025, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation and a general law city ("City"), and BrightView Landscape Services, Inc., a California corporation ("Contractor"), is made and entered into this 16t1i day of June, 2026. RECITALS WHEREAS, on June 17, 2025, City Council and Contractor entered into a multi -year agreement for the provision of sports field maintenance services; and WHEREAS, part of the Bergamot Development by Meritage Homes, the new Coyazo Park was developed and dedicated to the City; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Contractor to amend their existing Agreement to increase the amounts of annual compensation and total compensation to be paid to Contractor necessary to add sports field maintenance services at the newly developed sports field at Coyazo Park. NOW, THEREFORE, City and Contractor agree as follows: AGREEMENT Section 1. Section 5.1 of the Agreement, titled "Payments to Contractor," is hereby amended to read as follows: "5.1 Total compensation for Contractor's performance of the Services shall not exceed the amount of One Million Two Hundred Two Thousand Six Hundred Twenty -Five dollars ($1,202,625.00). City shall pay Contractor on a time and materials basis up to the not -to - exceed amount in accordance with Exhibit "B," titled "Fee Schedule," which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference." Section 2. Exhibit "A" ("Scope of Services") of the Agreement is replaced with an amended Exhibit "A," which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as Attachment 1. Section 3. Exhibit "B" ("Fee Schedule") of the Agreement is replaced with an amended Exhibit "B," which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment 2. Section 4.
