A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS CONCERiNING THIRD SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, AND THE STATE DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS.
WHEREAS., estate and City have heretofore entered into a Freeway Agreement
dated August 6, 1957, and a Supplemental Freeway Agreement dated September 1, 1959,
and a Second Supplemental Freeway Agreement dated May 179 1960, relating to that
certain portion of State Highway 26 in the City of Redlands between west city
limit (Tennessee Street) and east city limit (Wabash Street) and
WHEREAS., the plan of construction as shown on Exhibit "All attached to said
agreement, has been altered in certain respects since the date of execution of
said Second Supplemental Agreement, and
WHEREAS, the City has annexed County territory to the west and the westerly
city limit is now located in the vicinity of the extension of Kansas Street, and
WHEREAS,, a new plan map has been prepared showing the altered plan of
construction.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. That the plan map attached hereto, marked Third Revised
Exhibit "All shall be substituted for Second Revised Exhibit "An
attached to the Second Supplemental Freeway- Agreement dated
May 179 1960, and become a part of said agreement for all
purposes.
2. That except for the substitution of the Third Revised plan
map, said Freeway Agreement dated August 69 1957, Supplemental
Freeway Agreement dated September 19 1959, and Second Supple-
mental Freeway Agreement dated May 17, 19609 shall remain in
full force and effect., unmodified by any provision of this
agreement.
