A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
GRANTING TO D & D TUNING SERVICE, 4800 MILL CREEK ROAD, MENTONS,
CALIFORNIA, A FRANCHISE TO OPERATE AU'T'HORIZED TOW-TRUCKS OVER,
ALONG .AND UPON THE S'T'REETS OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, AND TO OPERATE
AUTHORIZED STORAGE GARAGES FOR IMPOUNDED OR STORED VEHICLES IN THE
CITY OF REDLANDS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: Under the provisions of Section Nineteen,
Ordinance No. 1425 of the City of Redlands, the City Council hereby
grants to:
D & D TOWING SERVICE
4800 Mill Creek Read
Mentone, California
a .franchise to operate authorized tow--trucks over, along and upon
the streets of the City of Redlands, and to operate authorized
storage garages for impounded or stored vehicles in the City of
Redlands.
SECTION TWO: The term of this .franchise shall be for a period
of ten (10) years, commencing January 24, 1978, and terminating on
January 24, 1988.
SECTION THREE: The rules and regulations prescribed in
Ordinance No. 1425 shall govern the operation of the franchise.
SECTION FOUR: The granting of this .franchise is conditional
upon D & D Towing Service filing within ten (10) days, with the
City Clerk, City of Redlands, a written acceptance thereof, and an
agreement to comply with the terms and conditions of Ordinance No.
1425 .
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 17th day of January, 1978.
