The City has established the District pursuant to the Mello -Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982, Chapter 2.5 Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5, commencing with Section 53311 of the California Government Code. 2. Pursuant to Government Code Section 53338.5, the City, acting as the legislative body of the District, hereby dissolves the District, and determined that the obligation to pay special taxes has ceased and special taxes will no longer be levied on property in the District. The bonds were paid in full on March 1, 2026. 3. The obligation of parcels in CFD No. 2001-1 described in Exhibit "A" hereto to pay future special taxes has ceased, and the lien imposed by the Notice of Special Tax Lien are hereby extinguished: • Notice of Special Tax Lien, recorded on June 8, 2001 as Document No. 20010223235 in the records of the County Recorder of San Bernardino, State of California. 4. The map of the boundaries of the District was recorded on April 12, 2001 in Book 73 of Maps of Assessment and Community Facilities Districts at Page 89 (Document No. 20010134282), in the office of the County Recorder for the County of San Bernardino, State of California.
