The Customer and CivicPlus, LLC are parties to a Statement of Work signed on or about the Original Agreement Date specified
below ("Original Agreement").
This "Change Order' is an offer by CivicPlus to vary the Original Agreement by changing certain terms, as set forth herein. The
fees payable under this Change Order, if any will be invoiced upon the Customer signature date of this Change Order. All other
terms and conditions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
