HomeMy WebLinkAbout4794_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 4794 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATION PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that certain regulations are necessary and shall be established, pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following: SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10. 40. 310 (A) of the Redlands Municipal Code: Place appropriate signs or markings giving notice that a two (2) hour parking time limit is imposed on: 1) Cajon Street from Clark Street to Olive Avenue, both sides 2) Cajon Street from 440 South Cajon to Home Place, west side 3) Clark Street from Cajon Street to Nordina Street, both sides excepting the north side from mid-block to Cajon Street SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Section 10. 40 . 090 (A) of the Redlands Municipal Code: 1) Place appropriate signs or marking giving notice that no stopping and parking is imposed on: Clark Street from the east mid-block to Cajon Street, north side ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 20th da of A gust, 1991 . 1 Mayor off Redlands ATTEST: Ci y Clerk
