TO AGREEMENT TO PERFORM PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the Agreement to Perform
Professional Services - Provision of Airport Planning Services ("Agreement"), dated
January 171h, 2023, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation and a
general law city ("City"), and Coffman Associates, Inc. ("Consultant"), is made and entered
into this 7h day of July, 2026.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing
Agreement, specifically to extend the term of the agreement to align with the Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA) grant which is funding the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 4.1 of Article 4 ("Performance of Services") of the Agreement,
entitled is hereby amended to read as follows:
"4.1 The Consultant shall perform and complete the services in a prompt and diligent
manner commencing on the Effective Date of this Agreement and continue through the grant
performance period ending August 31, 2027, unless extended as authorized by the Federal
Aviation Administration (FAA) or earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions of this
Agreement."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this
Second Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment, to be
effective as of July 7, 2026.
