HomeMy WebLinkAbout4850_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 4850 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that certain regulations are necessary and shall be established, pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following: SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10 . 40. 310 (A) of the Redlands Municipal Code: 1. Place appropriate signs or markings giving notice that a 24-minute parking time limit is imposed on the south side of State Street fronting 624 West State Street. 2 . Remove signs and any markings giving reference to two-hour limited parking on south side of Vine Street between Cajon and 4th Streets. SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Section 10 . 40. 20 of the Redlands Municipal Code: 1. Place appropriate signs and markings to provide for a loading zone on the east side of Cajon Street and north of Vine Street for a length of 50 feet. SECTION THREE: Pursuant to Section 10. 40. 19 of the Redlands Municipal Code: 1. Place appropriate signs and markings to provide for two additional handicapped parking spaces in the Redlands Mall southerly of the Orange Street entrance (in front of Sav-On Drugs).
