A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF THE
REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE (AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4976).
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal
Code, and the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby
finds and determines that certain regulations are necessary and shall be established pursuant
to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, Resolution No. 4976 shall be amended, and
the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts as are
necessary to accomplish the following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10.44.070 of the Redlands Municipal Code:
1. Forty-two parking spaces in the northerly two rows of parking in the lower
level of the parking structure at Sixth Street and Citrus Avenue shall be
designated unrestricted free parking. The remainder of the spaces on the
lower level shall be designated leased parking spaces administered by the City
Treasurer.
