HomeMy WebLinkAbout2374_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO. 2374 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 67 OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE Pursuant to studies trade under authority of Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code, the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that certain regulations are necessary and shall be established pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following: SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Article 676, Section 676. 1 and 676.3 of the Redlands Traffic Ordinance : To establish a stop sign on Alvarado to stop northbound and southbound vehicles at the intersection of Palm Avenue. SECTION TWO : Pursuant to Article 676, Section 676. 4 of the Redlands Traffic Ordinance : To permit the removal of stop signs on Palm Avenue now stopping eased and westbound vehicles on Palm Avenue at the intersection of Alvarado. SECTION THREE: Pursuant to Article 678, Section 678.1(A) and 678.3 of the Redlands Traffic Ordinance : To establish passenger loading zone on the north side of Brookside Avenue from a point approximately 50 ' west of Kendall Drive to a point approximately 72 ' west of Kendall Drive.
