A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF
THE REDLAND.S MUNICIPAL CODE
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the
Redlands Municipal Code, and the presentation of information gained
in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that
traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that
certain regulations are necessary and shall be established,
pursuant to Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and the
Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to
perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Section 10 .36.030 of the Redlands
Municipal Code:
1. Erect stop sign on Arbor Drive at Via Vista Drive.
SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Section 10 . 40 .200 (A) of the Redlands
Municipal Code:
1. Remove signs and curb markings designating a passenger
loading zone in front of the Fox Theatre in the 100 block
of Cajon Street.
SECTION THREE: Pursuant to Section 10 .40 .310 (A) of the
Redlands Municipal Code:
1. Establish a two-hour parking zone in front of the Fox
Theatre in the 100 block of Cajon Street.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of September, 1989.
