A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 67
OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Chapter 67 of the
Redlands Ordinance Code and the presentation of information gained
in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that
traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that
certain regulations are necessary and shall be established , pursuant
to Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code , and the Traffic
Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such
acts as are necessary to accomplish the following :
SECTION ONE : Pursuant to Section 67706 of the Redlands Traffic
Ordinance :
1 . Establish a "No Parking" zone during school hours on Division
Street at Franklin School .
SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Section 67709 of the Redlands Traffic
Ordinance :
1 . Establish a "No Parking" zone on either side of the commercial
driveway into the Southern California Edison Company yard on
Citrus Avenue , west of Tennessee Street .
2 . Establish "No Parking" zones around the proposed cul-de-sacs
at the end of Jefferson Street and Adams Street.
3 . Establish a 20-minute parking zone in front of Fletcher
Certified Services , 1120 West Park Avenue .
SECTION THREE : Pursuant to Section 67220 of the Redlands Traffic
Ordinance :
1 . Establish a "Handicapped" parking space in the public parking
lot on the southeast corner of Citrus Avenue and Eureka
Street .
SECTION FOUR: Pursuant to Section 67801 (a) of the Redlands
Traffic Ordinance :
1 . Establish a "Loading" zone in front of Fletcher Certified
Services , 1120 West Park Avenue .
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6th day of November, 1984 .
