HomeMy WebLinkAbout2209_CCv0001.pdf RESOLUTION NO, 2204 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 62 OF REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE, Pursuant to studies made under authority of Chapter 62 of the Redlands Ordinance Code, the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and determines that traffic conditions and the convenience of the public require that certain regu- lations are necessary and shall be established, pursuant to Chapter 62 of the Redlands Ordinance Code and the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following: SECTION ONE: Pursuant to Article 676, Section 676.8 (A) of the Redlands Traffic Ordinance: To establish yield right of way signs on Clay Street to provide northbound and southbound vehicles to yield to traffic on Western as provided in Section 21.803 (A) of the California Vehicle Code. SECTION 'r4O; Pursuant to Article 677, Section 678.5A - 4 of the Redlands Traffic Ordinance- To establish a 15 minute parking limit on the west side of Orange Street from a point approximately 48, south of the south surbline of Colton Avenue to a point approximately 701 south of the south curbline of Colton Avenue. SECTION THREE: Pursuant to Article 678, Section 678.1 of the Redlands Traffic Ordinance: To establich a loading zone on the west side of Orange Street from a point approximately 261 south of the south curb- line of Colton Avenue to a point approximately 482 south of south curbline of Colton Avenue.
